Event Description
U.S. Cuba policies have already undergone some changes since the election of President Obama.  Congress and the Obama administration have allowed increased travel and have promised a relaxation of some sanctions on U.S. telecommunications services.  The panel will discuss these recent changes in US-Cuba policy and the prospects for additional changes, if any, during this Congress.
