For the past several years, members of the OECD – Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development – have been trying to reach a consensus on an “Inclusive Framework” for a global minimum level of corporate taxation among 140 participating countries. While in the U.S., President Biden has proposed a Global Minimum Tax as part of their plan to pay for the Administration’s $2.7 trillion jobs and infrastructure bill.

Please join WITA as we discuss efforts to create a global minimum tax, and related international tax and trade issues.
