Deepening Critical Mineral Supply Chain Opportunities in the Western Hemisphere

Silverado Policy Accelerator and Principal to Principal’s Global Supply Chain Task Force are hosting a half-day forum with senior government and industry executives on Tuesday, December 13th focused on the challenges and opportunities within the Western Hemisphere to secure resilient critical mineral supply chains. These supply chains underpin economic and national security objectives in the region, including development and production of clean technology like electric vehicles and advanced technologies including semiconductors.

  • The first panel will feature senior U.S. government officials, policy experts, and representatives from other regional governments discussing public efforts to deepen critical mineral supply chains.
  • The second panel will feature senior executives from several major corporations that are involved in the production or consumption of critical minerals and who will discuss private-sector efforts to promote more resilient supply chains and explore future opportunities for public-private partnerships.
